Consignment Updates for 2025:

*Appointments to consign 15-30 clothing items for Spring/Summer have been filled for the Season.

*Fall/Winter appointments can be made as of August 1st.

*Those interested in consigning higher end purses (Coach, Dooney&Bourke, Kate Spade, Michael Kors etc) are still welcome to stop by without an appointment.

*New Consignors have the opportunity to be scheduled at the beginning of each Season until capacity is met. Please contact the shop at these times to consign the following: January (Spring items), April (Summer items), August (Fall items) and October (Winter items).

General Consignment Info:

Consignment provides an opportunity for individuals who have made an investment in their wardrobe to put some money back in their pocket for their gently used, or new, name brand clothing and accessories!

The best way to understand what items our shop accepts is to come in and visit and see what’s in store before scheduling an appointment! Please use the information below as a reference for the consignment process-

Consignment Details:

Consignment items are taken by appointment- with the exception of higher end purses (Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Kate Spade, Etc). You are welcome to stop by with a selection of luxury hand bags at any time.

At an appointment, consignors should bring a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 pieces of name-brand, seasonally appropriate clothing. A selection of shoes, jewelry, accessories, and purses are also welcomed. Please call 947-2780 to inquire about scheduling.

  • January thru March: we accept for Spring (layering pieces, bright colors, floral patterns)

  • April thru June: we accept for Summer (short sleeve/sleeveless tops, shorts, lightweight dresses/skirts)

  • July thru September: we accept for Fall (booties/boots, layering pieces, Autumn colors, flannels, cardigans)

  • October thru December: we accept for Winter (insulated boots, heavy pullover sweaters, insulated outerwear)

·         We accept Women’s brand name clothing and accessories in excellent condition. We cannot accept any items that have pet hair, pilling or odors such as mothballs, smoke or perfume.  Any items with stains, mildew, rips, missing buttons, inoperable zippers, or alterations will not be accepted.  Items found to have any of these defects after intake will be subject to donation without notice to the consignor.  Please note this shop does not take Bridal or Prom gowns.

Please bring your 15-30 items folded in a tote or basket- no hangers please.

·         Prices for consigned items are based on brand, condition, and demand.  Please note that all items are subject to price reductions during the consignment period (with the exception of some luxury items).

·         The consignment period is 60 days and starts the day the items are put out on the sales floor.  Items remaining after the 60 days become property of Peacock Consignment to donate or sell.  Please note that consignors of luxury items (priced at $50 or more), such as fine jewelry and high-end purses, have the option to re-consign or retrieve unsold items.

·         As items sell during the 60 day consignment period, 40% of the sale price will be added to your account (70% for Luxury Items priced at $50 or more).  Payouts can be requested at the end of the consignment period or you can use your account balance to shop in store at any time.

·         First-time consignors will need to sign a consignment agreement.

Consigning should be a good experience for you—please never consign anything you are not comfortable parting with!

*We Do Not Accept: Formal Gowns, Bridal, Prom, Mother of the Bride, Maternity, Bras, Swimsuits, Business Suits, Junior sizes (odd numbers).
